Communication is essential to developing good landlord/tenant relationships. To ensure effective communication between your firm and Building Management we request that you designate a “Tenant Representative” as the contact person between your company and the Management Office. Your tenant representative is the key to accurate and timely information when making requests or reporting problems. We suggest that all communication come from your company to the Management Office be channeled through your tenant representative.
